His intention was for man to establish His Kingdom in our world. He would extend His rulership through His creation to govern in the affairs of this life.

Man was created with a dominion mandate over earth to represent God, the Creator of heaven and earth.

We are here with God’s divine nature and His gifts to execute God’s will on earth. "Whatever you bind is bound; whatever you loose is loosed…"

"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth; Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…"

"Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature…and these signs will follow…cast out devils, lay hands on the sick and they will recover…and they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them [who? The believers of course!] and confirming the word through the accompanying signs."

"Whatever city you enter…heal the sick there and say unto them, ‘The kingdom has come near to you." of God

Because of Eve’s deception and Adam’s sin, we lost the legal right to rule on earth. We lost legal representation to make heaven on earth.

In God’s foresight, He saw our defection and He was not taken by surprise. He had a plan for the ages.

After we sinned, God put a curse on the snake: Gen. 3:15 "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel."

The "seed of the woman" is the promise of the coming Messiah.

Bruising His heel is a serious deed.

But Jesus bruised the devil’s head. Because of Jesus resurrection, Satan now lives on borrowed time and he knows it.

Bruising the serpent’s head was a total defeat. Satan is defeated!

Moses rod/serpent… swallowed up Satan’s snakes.

Now that Satan is defeated, Jesus gives us back our rulership:

• "…power to tread on serpents and scorpions…"

• "…you shall tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot."

• "But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks…a viper came out because of the heat and fastened on his hand…but he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm."

 In Genesis, when Adam sinned, he lost his dominion and Satan became the pseudo-ruler until Jesus won it back from him when He came out of the grave victorious! He then gave it back to man to restore order and re-establish God’s Kingdom on earth.

However, we don’t believe that nor do we totally believe we are God’s sons--we think we are His faithful servants. We are "love slaves" or the "sundulos" of God. [Pronounced "soon"]. We have to re-educate our thinking.

The Greek word "dulos" was a like a slave in O.T. who after 7 yrs. of slavery was given the option to stay with his master or move on. If he chose to stay on, he became a "love slave" by choice and became a permanent member of the family.

READ JOHN 8:31-36 "…and a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever…"

The beloved John told us in Ch. 1 "…He gave us the right to become children of God…"

The book of Philippians tells us we are citizens of heaven.

Lk. 15:11-24 Tells us the story of God’s two sons:

• Both were given their inheritance. v.12 "He divided to them his livelihood"…
• Prodigal wasted his in ungodly living;
• He suffered greatly from low esteem in the pigpen;
• Comes to his senses and returns home;
• Ring on his finger, symbol of sonship; gives a party;
• Older son in the "field" – he had a "servant or slave mentality" -- felt it was his religious duty to work field;
• Got angry and jealous and "…would not go in."!
• "…lo these many years I have been serving You"!
• "I never transgressed your commandment at any time"
• "All that I have it yours…" The Father said to him.

God wants sons, not servants. He calls us friends.

He wants to restore us to our rightful place in the family. He wants relationships, not religious service!

Sonship is your birthright. Don’t despise your birthright like Esau "…who for one morsel of food sold his"

We have a choice: we can either accept our position in Christ; or if we fail to choose, prove we are like Esau who the bible calls a "profane person."

True humility is knowing who you are in Christ and accepting that fact.

We have to learn to think like a Bride, like sons, like a king once again.

Augustine, one of the early Church fathers once wrote, "Without God we cannot, without us God will not."

The devil told Eve a lie and said if she ate from the tree not only would her eyes be opened but she would become like God but the lie was, she already was like God! We were created in God’s image, given power and authority to rule earthly realm.

We have lost sight of who we really are! And what Jesus has already done for us! Our "stinkin’ thinking" is changing: We have now the revelation we are children of God; then heirs; joint-heirs, now sons of God and eventually we’ll believe we are the Bride of Christ and start acting like her.

We are no longer slaves. It takes time to transform our minds to have the mind of Christ. Jesus knew He was the Son of God; He knew His destiny. We are getting to understand ours.

On Jan. 1, 1863, President Abraham Lincoln signed the "Emancipation Proclamation" and set the slaves free but it wasn’t until 100 years later (!) that God’s deliverer Martin Luther King led 250,000 of his people in the largest freedom march in history on Aug. 28, 1963, and declared his "I have a Dream" speech in our nation’s capital

It took 100 years, a whole generation before the slave-mentality was broken from the minds of God’s people.

It wasn’t until 2,000 years ago, "When the Day of Pentecost was fully come…" and the "tongues of fire sat upon each of them…" were the women "emancipated" or fully restored back to their original mandate… "…let them have dominion…" . They were totally set free that day to move with the Holy Spirit in signs, wonders and miracles and the preaching of the Gospel.

I heard someone say recently, it’s time to get out of Esther’s tub! Preparation time is over! It’s time to stand before your King in your position as His Bride and get your marching orders for your ministry, your business, your job, your family, your church.

The Lord is saying to us through a Chinese believer, "Stop praying like a widow and start praying like a Bride."

Widows mourn their losses…constantly looking to the past move of God; the past revival, the past victories, their past failures; to their loss of many things.

Brides have only plans, great plans, hopes and dreams—big dreams, big visions. Come on!

It is time to come before your King and ask for something more than that which you have already done, more than what you have previously accomplished.

God can do better than that!

It is time to ask for the harvest!

Time to ask for the deliverance of your nation!

Time to ask for big things from a Big God!

The book of Esther says, "The king loved Esther more than all…and she obtained grace and favor…he set the royal crown upon her…and made her a feast….and gave gifts…and the king said to her, ‘What do you wish, what is your request? It shall be given to you—up to half the kingdom!"
